AV + SMB = Windows 7 BSOD (tdx.sys)

It seems to be rooted in network share access - AV scans in particular.

I have a Maxtor 500g NAS that is mapped to my P: drive and asked Google Desktop to index it, and that also triggered the BSOD. Since removing the AVG Free 8.0, I can move files all over the network, and find them in the Google desktop search with out the BSOD.

Here's a few good links:

The last URL (overclockers.com) has (as of this comment) 3 pages of posts that ties this issue to both network maps and AV software (Avira, AVG, nod32, etc) being the common denominator.
Good luck and g0d speed.
